This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all physical documents, kits, or printed materials dispatched by Grampanchayat Online to the postal address you provide at the time of service request.
2. Shipping Methods
- Standard Courier: Delivered via our trusted courier partners.
- Express Courier (Optional): Faster delivery with an additional express fee. Select at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Courier: 5–7 business days (within India).
- Express Courier: 2–3 business days (within India).
Estimated delivery times begin from the date your documents are dispatched from our office (you will receive a “Dispatched” notification). Delivery to remote or rural areas may take an additional 1–2 days.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Courier: ₹50 per consignment.
- Express Courier: ₹150 per consignment.
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied for orders above ₹2,000 value.
5. Tracking Your Delivery
Once your package ships, you will receive an SMS and email containing:
- Your courier tracking number
- A link to the courier’s tracking portal
You can track in real time until delivery confirmation.
6. Exceptions & Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier partner issues.
- If your package is lost or severely delayed (beyond 14 business days), contact us immediately so we can initiate an investigation.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may incur re‑shipping charges.
